NOTE:Solar Flix formerly ETC (stylized as etc) is a Philippine free-to-air television network in the Philippines owned by Solar Entertainment Corporation through its subsidiary Southern Broadcasting Network. Its free-to-air broadcast is carried by SBN's flagship station DWCP-DTV Channel 21 (515.143 MHz) Metro Manila. This station is currently on the air with signals of ETC, Shop TV, Reserved Channel & ETC 1Seg and DTV Channel 30 (569.143 MHz) signals of Reserved Channel.

SBN closed down UHF Channel 21's analog signal in preparation of the DTV transition implementation. SBN is the 5th television network in the Philippines to permanently terminate its analog TV broadcasts, and go digital only.
ETC operates daily (including the annual Paschal Triduum) 24 hours on Solar's digital free TV (under test-broadcast) as well as on most pay TV and streaming service providers.

They on Analog Free TV operates daily 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM until September 11, 2019, meanwhile don't go off-the-air and broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. on the air continues on digital TV, cable and satellite went don't go off the air Holy Week special from Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM and regular programming on Easter Sunday at 6AM. (2014-2019) Temporary diary from 8:00 AM to 12:00 MN.
Before sign on they are still airing EBU Color Bars 1000 Hz (1992-2013) and SMPTE Color Bars (2013-2019)
After sign off, they are still airing test card/color bars without 1000 Hz tone starting 1 AM to 5:35 AM on diary without losing it's signal. they are using programs or social media accounts test card every minutes before changing to color bars which also airing every minutes.
