Sign-off (May 1998)[]
By this time, BBN was operating its affiliates 24/7; however BBN's satellite signal was malfunctioning during this week and WYFL-FM had to broadcast locally and part-time while the BBN signal was being restored. This sign-off is from that interim period:
WYFL in Henderson, North Carolina, has come to the end of another day of broadcasting. This is the abbreviated portion of the Bible Broadcasting Network. We're on 15 hours a day now, until we get back up on the satellite, hopefully by Wednesday at the very latest. You pray to that end, if you will please. WYFL, Henderson, North Carolina, is a station of the Bible Broadcasting Network. The Lord willing, we'll be back with you tomorrow morning at 7 a.m., and begin another day of broadcasting.
